1. Program Enrollment & Access

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID.
• License: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal professional development.
• Duration: Full access is provided for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

All content, including but not limited to videos, AI prompts, HR strategy frameworks, and case studies, is the sole property of Stage-X HR Solutions.

• Strict Prohibition: Any attempt to record, download (except where permitted), share login credentials, or "Group Buy" our courses will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
• Legal Action: Stage-X reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal damages for IP theft under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

3. Disclaimer of Outcomes

While Stage-X provides elite training and placement support, we do not guarantee a specific salary hike or job placement. Career growth is dependent on the student's performance, interview skills, and market conditions.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
