Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Stage-X HR Solutions, we are committed to providing world-class, 3-month intensive HR residency programs. Our curriculum is built on proprietary frameworks and high-value intellectual property. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. 7-Day "Satisfaction or Skill" Period
We offer a conditional 7-day money-back guarantee to ensure our program aligns with your career goals. To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be submitted via email to support@stage-x.courses within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase.
- The student must have accessed no more than 10% of the digital course modules.
- The student must not have downloaded any Proprietary Stage-X HR Toolkits, Templates, or AI Prompt Libraries.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
- Post 7-Day Window: Any request made after the 7th day of enrollment.
- Content Consumption: If more than 10% of the course progress is recorded in our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Live Session Attendance: If the student has attended more than one "Live Mentorship" session.
- EMI/Loan Payments: For courses purchased through third-party EMI or financing partners, the refund is subject to the financier's terms, and any interest paid is non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 10-14 business days.
Note: A flat 5% Transaction & Administrative Fee (covering payment gateway charges) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
